Helen Marvin, Lettings Assistant Manager
We are delighted to welcome Helen Marvin to the Mannleys team as our new Assistant Lettings Manager!
Helen joins us with valuable experience in the lettings sector and a strong understanding of the rental market. She is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and takes great pride in building positive relationships with landlords, ensuring every property is managed with care, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Helen is looking forward to meeting and working closely with landlords, helping to manage and protect their investments with confidence as part of our growing lettings team.

International Women’s Day, marked each year on 8th March, is a global celebration of the social, economic and cultural achievements of women, as well as a call to continue driving progress towards equality.
To mark the occasion, our team came together to show support, celebrate success, and highlight the important role women play within our business and the property industry as a whole.
From strong leadership to exceptional customer service, women are at the heart of what we do at Mannleys — helping to support our clients, manage properties, and drive our continued growth.
We’re proud to be part of a profession where talented, dedicated women make such a positive impact every day, and International Women’s Day provides the perfect opportunity to recognise and celebrate that.

Spring Has Sprung at Mannleys… and So Has the Chocolate! 🐣
With lighter evenings, blooming gardens, and a noticeable increase in chocolate consumption across the office, it can only mean one thing… Easter is just around the corner!
At Mannleys Sales & Lettings, we’re looking forward to a well-earned Easter break — and we’re sure many of you are too. Whether it’s spending time with family, enjoying a long weekend, or simply indulging in one too many Easter eggs (we won’t judge), it’s a great opportunity to recharge.
That said, while some of us will be perfecting our chocolate-eating skills over the long weekend, our team will still be here to help with all your property needs.
👉 We’ll be open as usual on Saturday 4th April from 9am – 4pm, ready to assist buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants alike.
So, if you’re out and about between Easter treats, feel free to pop in and see us — we promise we’ll try not to have chocolate on our desks… no guarantees though!
