Celebrating 10 Years of Mannleys Sales & Lettings
This October marks a very special milestone for Mannleys Sales & Lettings as we proudly celebrate 10 years in business.
Over the past decade, we have had the privilege of helping hundreds of buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants move forward with confidence. From first-time buyers stepping onto the property ladder to growing families upsizing, investors expanding portfolios and homeowners beginning new chapters, it has been an honour to play a part in so many journeys.
Since opening our doors in 2016, the property market has seen significant change — shifting regulations, evolving buyer expectations, fluctuating market conditions and technological advances. Through it all, one thing has remained constant: our commitment to providing honest advice, professional service and a personal approach.

Mannleys Sales & Lettings Proud to Support Amelia’s Incredible Birthday Card Appeal
The team at Mannleys Sales & Lettings were deeply moved by the recent community appeal to help make eight-year-old Amelia’s birthday wish come true.
Amelia, who is bravely receiving palliative care after a long and courageous battle with stage 4 neuroblastoma, had one very special wish for her 8th birthday — to receive 8,000 birthday cards and hopefully break a world record.
Since the appeal was launched, the response has been nothing short of extraordinary. As of 5th February, more than 60,000 greeting cards from across the UK and around the world have been delivered to Amelia — a truly overwhelming show of love, kindness and community spirit.
When we first heard Amelia’s story, our team felt compelled to play a small part in supporting the campaign. We purchased a selection of birthday cards and offered them free of charge to anyone visiting our office who wished to take part in the card drive.
The response from our local community has been heartwarming. It has been a privilege to see so many people come together to send messages of encouragement and love to Amelia and her family.
As a local business, we believe strongly in supporting the people and communities around us. While the original target has been surpassed in the most incredible way, the story serves as a powerful reminder of what can be achieved when people unite behind a meaningful cause.
