Mannleys Roar on the Three Lions! 🏆⚽

The team at Mannleys Sales & Lettings are well and truly getting into the World Cup spirit, proudly backing England as the Three Lions continue their quest for glory.

With England shirts, flags, bunting and plenty of team spirit on display, the office has been transformed into a mini fan zone — although thankfully with slightly less VAR controversy and no one pretending to be a tactical expert… yet.

There’s a brilliant buzz around the place as the team come together to cheer on the nation, celebrate the tournament and show their support for the squad. Whether it’s match predictions, score debates or hopeful claims that “this is our year”, the excitement is definitely building.
From everyone at Mannleys Sales & Lettings, we’re proudly roaring on the Three Lions all the way.
Come on England! 🦁🦁🦁

Oliver Mitchell-Gough Turns 24… and Somehow Gets a Children’s Party Lunch

There were big celebrations in the office as we marked Oliver Mitchell-Gough’s 24th birthday in the only sensible way possible: by throwing him a lunch that looked like it had been planned by a group of very excitable eight-year-olds.

The team pulled together a full children’s party themed feast, complete with turkey dinosaurs, chips, nuggets, picky bits, sweet treats, balloons and enough beige food to power a soft play centre for a week. It was classy, elegant and sophisticated — absolutely none of which was the point.

Oli embraced the occasion, birthday hat and all, proving that turning 24 does not mean you have to give up the simple joys of party food and looking slightly confused while holding a bowl. The lunch was a huge success, with everyone taking a well-earned break to enjoy the spread, have a laugh and celebrate Oli in true office style.

A massive happy 24th birthday to Oli from everyone in the office. We hope your day was as brilliant as the lunch was beige!

🏌️‍♂️ Mannleys take the win at Summer Trade Day! 🏆

A fantastic day on the course for the Summer Trade Day, with local businesses coming together for a shotgun start, plenty of friendly competition, and some questionable claims about “nearly getting a hole-in-one”.

A huge congratulations to Team Mannleys on taking the win! The boys turned up in style, brought the energy, and clearly decided that selling houses was not enough — they had to dominate the golf course too.

A big thank you to all the businesses who joined us and helped make the day such a success. Great weather, great company, and a brilliant atmosphere from start to finish.

The implementation of the Renters' Rights Act marks one of the most significant shifts the private rented sector has experienced in a generation. For landlords, the challenge is no longer simply understanding what has changed. It is understanding how those changes affect individual properties, tenancies, and long-term investment strategies.

As school holidays approach, family buyers often become more focused. For sellers with space, gardens or flexible rooms, July can be a useful moment to attract motivated movers.
