Proud Sponsors of the Arthur Rowley Suite
Samuel Wood and Mannleys Sales & Lettings are proud to be sponsoring the Arthur Rowley Suite at Shrewsbury Town Football Club’s Croud Meadow throughout the 2026/27 season.
The suite is named in honour of one of the club’s greatest players. Arthur Rowley remains a major part of Shrewsbury Town’s history, making it a privilege for our two Shropshire property brands to be associated with the space that carries his name.
The Arthur Rowley Suite provides a dedicated place for supporters, guests and members of the community to meet and enjoy matchdays in comfort.
Both Mannleys and Samuel Wood are firmly rooted in Shropshire. Supporting the football club is therefore about more than having our names at the ground. It is an opportunity to back the team, contribute to the local community and support something that means a great deal to people across the county.
Our partnership with Shrewsbury Town also reflects the closer relationship between Mannleys and Samuel Wood. By combining local knowledge, experience and coverage, we can provide a stronger service for property owners, buyers, landlords and tenants throughout Shropshire.
We are looking forward to the season ahead and are proud to be backing the Blues, both on and off the pitch.
One team. One brand. One stronger future.
Two New Faces Join Mannleys
We are delighted to welcome two new members to the Mannleys Sales & Lettings team: Chelsea Yardley, our new Tenancy Manager, and Sylvia Hames, our new Inventory Manager.
Both bring strong people skills, plenty of enthusiasm and valuable experience to their new roles.
Meet Chelsea Yardley – Tenancy Manager
Chelsea has joined Mannleys ready to take on a new challenge in a completely different industry.
With a background in aviation and tourism, she is used to working closely with people and making sure they receive a consistently positive experience. Those skills will be invaluable in her new role, helping tenants and landlords throughout the tenancy process.
Chelsea said:
“I’m excited to have recently joined the Mannleys team and to be taking on a new challenge. I’ve always enjoyed connecting with people and making sure they receive a genuinely great experience.
“I’m looking forward to developing my skills, building my career and becoming part of the Mannleys team.”
Away from work, Chelsea is a keen traveller who enjoys collecting stamps in her passport and experiencing new destinations like a local.
Meet Sylvia Hames – Inventory Manager

Sylvia began her career as an Inventory Clerk in 2017 following a chance conversation during the journey home from a girls’ trip — and she has never looked back.
She particularly enjoys the people-focused side of the role, building relationships with tenants and helping to put them at ease during what can sometimes be a stressful time. She also values the variety, from visiting properties of every shape and size to picking up the occasional interior design idea along the way.
Sylvia said:
“I’m a proud Shropshire girl and have lived in several different parts of Wellington over the years. Although I moved away just over a year ago, I’m delighted to be working in the town again and reconnecting with an area I know and love.”
Outside work, Sylvia enjoys spending time with her two grown-up children and her granddog, Dexter. She is happiest outdoors, particularly on summer walks with friends, and keeps active with regular Body Pump and spin classes.
She is also a keen cook, enjoys eating out and appreciates a good wine. When the opportunity arises, she loves travelling abroad and discovering new places, food and experiences.
Chelsea and Sylvia are already settling into their roles, and we are pleased to have them both on board. Please join us in giving them a warm welcome to Mannleys.
