Welcome to the Team, Seb!
We’re delighted to welcome Seb Ball to Mannleys Sales & Lettings. Seb joined us in September and is training in all aspects of estate agency, gaining practical experience and learning from colleagues across the business.
Having completed his studies in Design, Business and Economics at Wrekin College Sixth Form, Seb chose to head straight into the workplace to pursue his interest in property. His friendly, approachable nature and enjoyment of meeting new people make him a welcome addition to the team, while his hardworking attitude and eagerness to learn are helping him settle into his new role.
Away from the office, Seb enjoys spending time with family and friends and can often be found on the golf course.
We’re looking forward to supporting Seb as he develops his skills and builds his career with Mannleys. Please join us in giving him a warm welcome!
A Treat for the Sales Team
A huge thank you to our generous client who treated the Mannleys sales team to a bottomless brunch at The Ugly Duckling. It was a lovely gesture and one the whole team really appreciated.

Welcoming Further Investment in Wellington
At Mannleys Sales & Lettings, we’re really pleased to see further investment in Wellington town centre, making our local community a more welcoming place to live, work and visit.
Telford & Wrekin Council has reported £800,000 of recent investment in the town centre. Improvements include 15 new benches, 14 cycle hoops, 23 litter bins, five recycling bins and 19 hanging baskets across New Street, Walker Street, Market Square, Market Approach and Church Street.
Church Street has also benefited from wider footpaths, a resurfaced carriageway, replacement kerbs and new drainage, as part of the council’s ongoing investment in roads and footpaths.
As a business based in Wellington, we know how much a welcoming, well-maintained town centre matters. These improvements help create spaces where people want to spend time, meet friends and explore the independent shops, cafés and businesses that give Wellington its character.
Our work involves introducing buyers to the area as well as helping local people move home, and we’re proud to share what Wellington has to offer. It’s encouraging to see investment that supports our town’s future while building on the community spirit that already makes it such a special place.
