From Camera to Combat: Oliver Steps into the Ring and Wins

We’re proud to celebrate an incredible achievement by our very own photographer, Oliver Mitchell-Gough, who recently stepped into the boxing ring for the very first time—and came out victorious.

Showing real courage and determination, Oliver took on his debut bout and secured an impressive win by stoppage. It’s no small feat to step into the ring, let alone deliver such a commanding performance on your first outing.

At Mannleys Sales & Lettings, we’re used to seeing Oliver behind the camera capturing stunning property shots—but this time, he’s proven he’s just as sharp in the ring as he is with a lens.

A huge congratulations to Oliver on this fantastic achievement—we’re all in your corner!

Wellington to Shifnal Walk 2026 – Supporting a Great Local Cause

A fantastic community event is set to return next year, as the Wellington to Shifnal Walk 2026 invites residents to get involved in raising money for Lingen Davies Cancer Support.

Taking place on Sunday 7th June with an 8:30am start, the walk will be led by local figure Günther Bedson, known as the “Shifnal Rambler.” This enjoyable and sociable route offers a great opportunity to get active while supporting an important cause close to many people’s hearts.

Tickets are £25 per person, with all proceeds going towards the Lingen Davies Sunflower Appeal. Participants will also be rewarded at the finish line with a BBQ at the Park House Hotel in Shifnal—making it a perfect mix of community spirit, exercise, and celebration.
