We’re excited to introduce the newest member of the Mannleys team – George Yiend, our fantastic new Branch Valuer!

George joined us a month ago and has already made a brilliant start. Originally from Shrewsbury, George knows the area like the back of his hand – a big bonus when it comes to helping local homeowners get the most from their property sales.

With five years’ experience as an estate agent client manager, and a background in both recruitment and property tech, George brings a fresh, forward-thinking approach to the table. Before joining Mannleys, he worked at the highly regarded Knight Frank in Shrewsbury as an Associate.

Recently married to Jasmine (a physiotherapist), George made the move back to Shropshire to be closer to family – and we’re so pleased he did!

At Mannleys, George’s role is all about offering honest advice, clear guidance, and a personal touch when it comes to selling your home. He’s passionate about doing things differently and shaking up the old-school estate agent stereotype.


“I’m not here to push a sale or win business for the sake of it. I genuinely care about helping people make the right decisions. We’re here to challenge the tradition of estate agency, with honest and quality service ”, says George.

George is already settling in wonderfully with the team and loves how down-to-earth and welcoming everyone is. He’s especially excited to work for a company that’s focused on adding value and truly supporting clients throughout their home-selling journey.

When he’s not out valuing homes, George is a big tennis enthusiast – regularly playing at Shrewsbury Town Walls and is part of the men’s first team! He’s also a proud dog dad to Pluto, his lively working cocker spaniel, and enjoys long countryside walks.
